Clinton inherited Bush Sr.'s mess. Bush Jr. inherited Clinton's mess. Obama inherited Bush Jr's mess. See a pattern here? Each president tries to meddle with the economy by inflating bubbles. With Clinton it's dot-com. With Bush it's real estate. With Obama it's deficit spending. At least people made money with dot-com and real estate.
