Ted, I looked at the homepage and it is very interesting. I think I understand the reason for the last 2 private placements and it was to have the capital to launch these new products. The awards are a validation that their money has been well spent. On a different note, has anyones shares shown up in their accounts yet? I am on ameritrade and noted that the new shares were not there yet this morning. The same thing happened with SWTX when they did a reverse split. It took a day for the new shares to show up but it was a bit of a shocker signing into the account since, without the new shares and the drop in the pps for VSYS, the portfolio looked pretty anemic.
