Now trading above par (ie $50/share) for two days. This is similar to the preferred C series but the series D offering is 8%. The C series was offered at 10.25% (par at $25.00/share) and is now trading at a premium yielding 10%.

It's interesting to note that the series D at only an 8% yield continues to move higher from the original discount offered 3/9/2011. The market must feel pretty secure that these securities are safe. They are still not rated on the Quantum site.
