As for volume discounts, it's like when you buy the 12 piece box of chicken nuggets they're cheaper than by the 6 pack even though "parts is parts"... Surely you can understand that concept. It's legal though the chickens don't care much for it. I'm sure you can relate. Sure Elmer, 12 is cheaper than 6! (Or did you mis-speak again? Seems like you're ALWAYS mis-speaking.) So, did Intel give all the OEMs the same terms? Volume thresholds, etc.? Were the rebates lump sums or did they scale with volume? You're so smart, you should know these things.
