In some ways we are saying the same thing.. I am on record here for years (before the common gurus I bet LOL) that global rebalancing means a lower standard of living for West.. that is one way US got 'productivity' by off shoring... so now IKEA looking for productivity gains, factoring in transportation cost including risk also I am sure... globalisation is young... and dynamic.. it's face will change as it matures..
