It's never black and white, but some Central banks tend
to have policies aimed more at price stability than Bennie's.
I agree, Zimbabwian central bank was far more reckless. -g-

In particular, Europe seems to be moving in the direction
of price stability. A few G7 CBs are printing, no doubt,
although Bennie has the biggest say on global speculation.
