Everyone knew back in 2008 and 2009 with the advent of TARP, followed quickly by the Wall Street and auto bailouts, that the plan was to give the largest political donors clownbucks and saddle taxpayers with the ensuing debt.

They would do it all again, at will.

Oddity: The greatest failures were rewarded the most. -ng-
