Lightbridge adopts shareholder rights plan

What do you make of this? This is not something you typically see from a company with strong fundamentals and very bright prospects. I wonder if a telecomm billing company is knocking on their door. CBIS, Alltel or LHS. Maybe its nothing and simply a reflections of mgt's belief that the stock price does not represent the intrinsic value of earnings potential.
