The site indicates that the device can extract data using USB, Infrared, Bluetooth, or serial connections.

So if your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned off, and you don't allow the cops to hook their device up to its USB port, I don't see how they could get your data.

I thought the idea was that it would just suck the data out using the cellular connection, which struck me as far-fetched.
