David, I believe I remember Helen telling me that following the S-1 appproval, the company was going to take a few weeks to better inform the shareholders of news that can't be mentioned during a quiet period. She said, I think, that once the application is filed for entry to an exchange, there is another quiet period that must be followed. I think that is why the delay in filing. So they might inform us of these things. I could be wrong. Brain congested along with rest of head, but I think that's what I remember. I probably printed out her email and have it still somewhere. If you like, I'll try to find it. C
