Mike, The other night someone stated: 1) RMIL is responsible for a $6,300 a month payment on the Hialeah facility. 2) They are renting thiier equipement to the tenents for $6,000 a month. The thread then determined that the company was losing $300 ($6,000 - $6,300) a month. Tonight you stated the current tenant pays his rent to the owners of the building. Do you know if it covers RMIL's $6,300 lease payment? If it does then they are making 6K a month instead of losing 300. Maybe not a bad move afterall. Joe
