Everything you said was correct. Originally they planned on waiting 3 weeks before applying to NADAQ. I am not sure if it was solely to release news and bring everyone up to date on what has been happening during the quiet period or just to get all the paper work in order. Maybe both. I expect NASDAQ application between Dec.1 and Christmas. Acceptance sometime in Jan or Feb.
