Some of your info is somewhat misinterpreted. Firstly, Mr. Friedland is not facing any court order related to DFR. The court order comes from a debacle that occured a few years ago in, I believe, Colorado?? Secondly, I play the juniors on the Alberta exchange daily and have yet to suffer from any inconsistencies. I am able to deal with the same speed and reliability on the ASE as the TSE.
