Hi Bill, This is from the release: <<The company and Omega Investment are negotiating an extension of time on the purchase agreement with respect to the acquisition of the additional 20% interest in the Black Rock property. IPM is also negotiating the additional financing to conclude the purchase.>> I know of a fund manager posting on the Crystallex thread last week (re: his reluctance to take a position in IPM) that was concerned about the lack of news on this property deal with Phoenix, the deadline of which was October 15. Not a done deal yet, but evidently Omega feels it is worth persuing. Hope this helps. *JDM* Long John
