Yes but it will not address the job issues unless wages stay cheap and standard of living declines.. This may be the pain of rebalancing I have mentioned before.. but the debt remains... if paid it will be on the back of lower net income in some fashion ??? Anyway pick one.. more jobs less pay more pay less jobs.. McDonalds hiring 50K Home Depot wiping out a management layer and hiring seasonals instead...
