Conference Call Side Discussion: Smith Barney rep on conference call a broker or analyst
==================================================================

From: Ed Howell Nov 14 1997 Reply #5988
Did I hear correctly that Smith Barney should be telling their clients to buy TPRO.

Only negative I heard was that Fluor Daniel had made an internal decision to not push
Y2K issues. I think it is Fluor's loss and not TPRO's tho.

Everything else was positive, including some Y2K revenue being moved into 2nd qtr
rather than waiting for the 3rd qtr.

The only point that I disagree with is that we do not know if the Smith Barney person
was a broker or an analyst. That can make a big difference in terms of the impact on
stock sales.

I really think this stock is going to fly. We may have to wait until the next earnings
report if companies do not want TPRO to publicize their contracts.

I can wait it out.

I agree with you on this. In fact, I tend to think that the guy was an individual broker
and his comment was a cute throw away line. I wouldn't get too excited about it. If
anyone knows better, please correct me.

Dont get off on Smith Barney too much.
I know who made that call.
Concentrate on TPRO business plan.
