VCM.to Vecima lays off 18% This company has struggled to get healthy. Maybe this jobs slash signals a recognition that drastic measures have been needed. There's a lot of value in the company, selling at less than half book. My guess is that they have needed a smarter marketing team. With all their engineering horsepower, they should have been able to develop products that someone wants. finance.yahoo.com
