Yes, it seems this company has lost its focus, they are being forced to reinvent themselves due to technological change. Also I am concerned with the Spectrum Signal part of the business which has excellent technology but always seems to be developing specialized products that don't have any sizable market. I think management are capable and the recent cuts demonstrate this, but the adoption of new product lines are effected by slow economic conditions, it is worth holding if you have time for things to develop, upside could be considerable, it is just a question of when.
