That's great LOL.. up here they do not even bother with that pretense.. refineries get closed.. Eastern Canada (east of Manitoba) which still has close to 70% of the population imports its oil and now its gasoline also.. Analysts say supply constraints.. har har... temporary har har.. Government makes more off VAT... Still trying to figure out who democracy is really for :o( Yours or mine...
