Point 3 paraphrased is that: Neither Gary Morgan nor Roland Breton have owned more than 300,000 shares. I guess you are trying to imply that somebody else closely related to them has owned more than 300,000 shares. For instance a relative of one of them could own the shares (is that your point?). Kurt
