The President takes an oath (Obama never took a valid oath is therefore not President) to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. So if a sworn President writes a Signing Statement saying that he/she believes the Statute is Unconstitutional, yet signs it anyways, this should be Prima Facie evidence of an Oath Violation and the President should be immediately impeached and tried in the Senate.
