To all who would like a hopeful sign that the worst may be over:

SI's bull/bear survey hit a record low bull/bear ratio of 1.1. This ratio is a contrarian indicator (extreme low values indicate a market bottom) that has worked fairly decently, in identifying bottoms for tech stock corrections in 1996 and 1997.
