So if the Franc has doubled, and oil has doubled...then the Swiss folks are "even"...right? Francs that used to buy 100 dollars, can now buy 200 dollars. Then use the dollars to pay for the oil. So oil prices aren't higher for them. Is the value of the dollar measured in any terms other than against other currencies? I guess you could use any benchmark you choose. Interesting... big
