Bob, my next search will attempt to find the bases for the currency indices for $USD and for $XSF. They must be different because $XSF:$USD does NOT equal the exchange rate. So far I found this fxstreet.com The USD Index measures the performance of the US Dollar against a basket of currencies: EUR, JPY, GBP, CAD, CHF and SEK It does not mention weighting
