In March 2011, a former employee filed a complaint against the Company and its subsidiaries alleging wrongful dismissal and seeking compensatory damages. The outcome of this claim is not determinable at the time of issue of these consolidated financial statements and the costs, if any, will be charged to income in the period(s) in which they are reasonably determinable.

I am employed by the company as a software engineer in the cambridge office. Until the office has all the basics (this friday) like phone, internet, etc, I'm working from home. If I see something in here that needs clarification I normally run it by John to determine if it's appropriate and not post any insider info. In this particular instance the info was given by Katie (our current IR person) and left a few questions in the air that needed more detail. I'm sure Katie will now give any caller the same info I posted here. I'm not IR and just trying to help out. I started this board along with Zar before I was invited to work with the company, so I'm an early investor as well (wishing I had more money)

More false and or insider information. The 10Q said only that they had parts for two machines, didn't say they were "almost complete". Where did you get this non-public information? Did Rui Gamma (rpg101) tell you this? You know Rui, the employee of JBI who you founded this board with you. With such close ties to the company you should know the projected date for the 2,500 machines wasn't 2020. Here is the link to quote from the CEO saying 2500 machines in a "few years". Now you are saying a few years means 10? Unreal.

everyone in this board (old timers at least) know that I started working in the cambridge office last week. Along with Zar, we were the first 2 people here and I co-mod the board with him. I stopped posting, except for situations that need clarification or PR/filings post. In this case prophet was raising the issue of filing delays being an everyday occurrence in other otc/pinky companies. That needed to be clarified as I believe this company is not one of those. The info I provided is no more or less what one would get by calling IR. The material event is just that, something that justified the 10Q to be delayed. If it is good or bad I can't tell you, that would be illegal, but you can go back to the company PRs/filings and guess on possible scenarios, both good and bad.

What's worthless?? The FIRST machine took time to develop and get working efficiently. 2 more are almost complete. And the 2500 number was a prediction for the future...2020 I believe, not 2010.......

Bottom Line: Just having a few machines running would indicate a $20-$100++/Share stock price.....once the dam breaks, it will create a virtual FLOOD of revenue for JBII ...........z
