Also some radio stations keep back episodes of programs or entire broadcasts. These are the easiest to capture. Get DownloadHelper Extension for FF.

Just go to your station (if they archive past broadcasts) select the show you want to download, hit play and Downloadhelper will download the entire show in MP3 format in a few seconds.

Then I edit out the commercials with Audacity.

Note:
Downloadhelper also grabs videos as well.
