Okay - what about the 300,000 shares, why is that significant?

My reading of the S-8 was that the intent was to issue options. When I saw that bit about Morgan and Breton not owning more than 300k, I assumed they had not exercised all of the options yet. As the shares would be Rule 144 restricted anyway, I don't think it would make a difference from their perspective whether they exercise now, or wait it out another 5 or 6 months.
