Got the vote thing today, does it say anywhere exactly who and how many each get these options? If I can't have this info than I would have to say no. If they could say we are giving this new guy X amount of options as incentive or this long term guy that we want to keep happy X amount I might think about yes. I agree we have to keep new and old talent happy or we lose them plain and simple. I read somewhere that exceptional talent in the software industry can get a great wage anywhere they want, what keeps them is incentives like options. I also read there are headhunters always offering the exceptional talent incentives to jump ship,(jump ship--bad choice of words). If I can't have this info I have to agree with Redbird, NO. Not that my puny little vote means squat to anyone, but yes or no I am sending the thing. Do all shareholders big and small get one of these vote things or do you have to own over a certain amount of shares to get one?
