The deal, one of the biggest in the industry for years, was described by Citigroup as a "much-needed consolidation" in the highly fragmented analog sector guardian.co.uk "fragmented" = healthy business with many participants, jobs, and delivering a wide range of products. Next we get the usual monopoly along with one world government. Don't fight the trend.
