Jerry, What a great heartfelt post. You don't know how much I needed to hear some of the things you said. In particular: "In August my option portfolio was between 150 & 200,000...it's been cut in half....not a pretty picture...but i can recover, i hope..." And: "Poeple are getting whipsawed out of positions, i know it's happening, because its happened to me..." And: " well it happened and i was spellbound, flatfooted and shocked I didn't play it properly..." You don't know how dear you are to be honest like this.
