One of his advisers described the President’s actions in Libya as “leading from behind.” They can call it what they want. I think anybody who thinks Obama is incompetent or doesn't know what he's doing, is going to be in for a big surprise. He has been successful at practically everything he's undertaken. He took over the auto industry, the banks, health care, and by association, the insurance industry. He's put so many regulations (through Sunstein) on the oil industry that prices are shooting up, drillers are going to other countries like Brazil. Cap and Trade, Climate Change, the greenies and energy footprints. Look at the czars, who answer to only Obama and control $1.3 trillion. (I highlighted a few that are doing real damage - they're all bad but these stand out.)
