Yes, Bush lied. He was told there were no WMD at least 2 weeks before the invasion. After 9-11 he continued to inject Saddam's name in daily speeches.....at one point 70% of the population thought Saddam was responsible or complicit in the 9-11 bombing.....how do you suppose they got that info?

Yes Powell knows he lied and has called that speech the low point in his career...
