You may remember that the words were flubbed up on the Capitol and people thought that they better do it over again in a private location in the WH. So they did and John Roberts did the second swearing in. Odumbo gut the words right the second time, but this time there was no Bible to take the Oath on. He still hasn't been legitimately sworn in. I guess that's why he feels he has free reign to ignore the Constitution. See how ignored Congress on attacking Libya and took his orders directly from the United Nations. There is no legitimate oath restraining the tyrant.
