<OK here are the highlights:>
Robert, et al.,
From discussions with the company, other watchers and my own considerations, I would like to add the following:
(Note - everyone should do their OWN due diligence and invest at their OWN risk. This is STILL a story stock):
<Their product, Telecom 2000, won Best-of-Show award at the recent Computer Telephony expo.>
I understand there is reason to look for more of these accolades.
<By the way, E-net has the trademark on the term "Data Telephony".>
Which emphasizes the flexibility of their product over IP/ Frame, ATM, cable, and power grids, as well as serving the enterprise-wide LAN telephony market with desktop PBX. And their "next generation" Telecom-2000 should be finished for Comdex.
<They will enforce any infringements on their patents.>
If and when the potential infringers generate sufficient income to pursue. I am sure the company HOPES that the likes of CSCO, LU, NT, etc. infringe...(Not at ALL implying they are, have or will, just that with the clarity of their patents - the company MAY view an infringement as tantamount to full licensing... this is my PERSONAL tongue-in-cheek speculation)
<Telecom 2000's market is vast, from the individual desktop PC user to home/small business to the largest multinational corporation in the world. >
Referencing a recent Frost & Sullivan report on Internet Telephony, the current market is approx $60MM, and is anticipated to grow to $1.9Billion in 1 to 2 years.
<E-net is talking to cable modem manufacturers and PC manufacturers, networkers, etc., about possible relationships including OEM relationships>
As well as telco switch companies.
<THEY WILL PARTICIPATE IN COMDEX STARTING MONDAY WITH A NEW "PARTNER". Veschi said he could not say who it was until the show started. Hmmm,,,,,this could really be big. In fact, anything less than an earth-shattering announcement would be disappointing based upon how confident these guys were during the conference call.>
Taking everything said on the call as well as on this thread with a grain of salt is probably good advice. That said, I suspect we will see some interesting announcements in the weeks to come.
One note, as yesterday and today's trading indicated, selling/profit taking may continue into the next friday as Christmas paychecks at Barron Chase depend on Nov. production numbers. And If bought on the IPO, customers are up 40% on the stock and 2900% on the warrants (ETELW offered at .125). I don't know if next week WILL present further buying opportunity, but be aware that it might well.
Note I am significantly long this stock.
<..but thats about all I can type for now...>
Your contributions are appreciated here, Robert.
Regards-
Steve |
