It is not just "one bad quarter". It is at least two bad quarters, the networking exposure, and the question of mgmt competence. The Street hates uncertainty and ACTM won't be bought by big money again, if ever, until they deliver sustained progress; and even if they do, the p/e will reflect a haircut for inconsistency. That possibly creates opportunity for those brave souls that have not been "bagged" as badly as I have by this management. And even if I did not have an attitude problem, I do not have the expertise in their business to assess the situation well enough to make an informed investment decision.
