Hi Bonnie, I watched Louis Rukeyser tonight, and all is fine. Elves are +5 bulls. It was interesting the fellow from JPM was saying things are ok in US and Europe, but was recommending defensive stocks, like grocery stores. It just does not caculate.<ggg>

I would bet you a drink that this is helping push the bonds to new highs. I currently have 45% of my portfolio in US treasuries after dumping my mutual funds and short term holdings. Same with my husband only he has 75% in treasuries. I don't think we are in the minority.

What I don't understand where is the money coming from to push the markets up like the last few days: foreigners; short covering; what else.
