Supreme court refused to address that issue. Ask Kenny he is a lawyer, what defines a natural born citizen? If a young child moves with his mom to a foreign country and the child is adopted by the mother's new husband, is that child now a citizen of the husband's country? If they divorce does the adoption end too? If the child keeps the husbands surname or adopts the mother's maiden name who is he? Most of all what is the statis of his citizenship?
