Hey Ellen,
Just saw the shares numbers again and
wanted to ask if I miss something?? I recall the
the total O/S issued being reported
by Riley as 3,071,081 and a total float
of 1.5 million. Where did the additional
300,000 shares come from.
I've been trying to keep up but it's easy to
miss things with all the BS posts to wade
through

The additional 300,000 was posted as being restricted 144 shares
related to the
merger.rl
