AVMC has filed an extension for the 10K due to lack of funds. They report significant increases in revenue, but it would appear if I did the math right that the last qtr was not stellar and included about a 300k loss. It doesn't appear that their creative products are catching on that well..One of the brothers also resigned very recently. Not looking so good but waiting for an update, and the Walmart fees are an annual recurring if I recall correctly. They have enough irons in the first the MIGHT be a time to nibble.
