We have all pointed out that everytime some world event occurs that used to cause a flight to gold as a safe haven...some news about a central banker comes out..or at least that is what it seems...now there is possibly going to be another confrontation over oil.(this time more interesting than last because the mideast is beginning to realign themselves with each other unlike last time when US had backing..interesting).and sure enough gold drops..whoever the powers that be are...they are just trying way way way too hard to force gold selling...because they are so overdoing in their trying..as other people have pointed out before..."they" are really scared about all their paper backed up by what? high unemployment in Europe? devalued currencies in SE Asia and now Latin America beginning to get into the act..looks like the developed Western World's standard of living is going to definitely have to come down...
I still don't get it..I have read so much of the US job creation has
stemmed from small businesses...small businesses I don't think depend
on exporting goods..so doesn't that offer stability to the US economy?
Heard on CNBC that seeds of protectism are beginning to be in the wind..that Japanese own a lot of Brazilian debt..
what a mess...gold was so much easier...these musical chairs are
dizzying..
