Earnings are down slightly; but the most IMPORTANT thing to realize is Mytec has always made money. Weighted average takes into account any outstanding warrents; etc.. This is if they are exercised. Mytec's price probably won't rise very quickly as mytec has not closed any large contracts. I would be happy to see steady growth with the touchstone product over the next few years. IE. 1997 $100,000 sales 1998 $1,000,000 sales 1999 $3,000,000 sales I made these numbers up out of my head, they have no representation at all to anything the company is doing. I am only stating what I would be happy with in terms of growth. Bob
