as far as "owning you home" goes, you dont own it unless its paid for.

Even if your home and land are paid for lock, stock, and barrel, and you hold the deed, you still own neither.

As soon as you miss a property tax payment, the government can repossess ITS home and land. Likewise, if the government decides to build a freeway through your living room and you refuse, you will be forcibly evicted by armed agents of the state and paid an amount that the government arbitrarily decides upon.

Who's holding the strings of the government? The central bank and their varied friends and interests, of course. -ng-
