You were either born in the US or a a US territory or you weren't. If you weren't you can't be President of the US. Simple as that. Obama is well known for getting people thrown off the ballot on technicalities. How do you think he ran unopposed for the Illinois State Senate? He had the Incumbent, (a lady) thrown off the ballot on a technicality. No one cried race or sex.
