1) As per your plan - how are you handling the sets once done? Moving them offline? Is the directory empty when the next full is done? Let Acronis handle it?

I allow Acronis to handle the sets. I backup to a USB external so not sure what you mean by moving them "off line." I build about 5 sets and delete the oldest.

2) Are you doing SECTOR BY SECTOR on the advanced? I left both boxes unchecked. (Image Creation)

I am not doing sector by sector. The only thing I changed in Advanced was Validation.

Despite it all I never feel real comfortable with Acronis and the images I have. As Vireya found out, when you image your entire hard drive the first thing Acronis does when restoring is delete the entire contents of your drive. If the restore does not complete the drive will have been deleted. And for me that's an issue. I am far from an Acronis expert, but these are the settings a friend helped me with on the 2011 install.
