Update on my prior post: This morning (04/29/2011) something happened to resolve my concerns about backfill of daily chart and my prior missing day. Also, for some reason my intra-day charts are working better than they had for the past week or so. For the past week I was having to manually backfill each chart to bring up past days. I did not change any parameters on quote feed either. Maybe TDAmeritrade had been working on something to help resolve this. Still have not heard back from them after yesterday (04/28/2011) evening message to TDAmeritrade technical support. I usually try to resolve issues on my own, but now am too paranoid to proceed in that direction because of the threat of support withdrawal. All for now.
