Note: that the topic of this board is AMD and related matters of the semiconductor industry. Hey Elmer, if AMD filed their suit because they were so far up s**t's creek, why did the stock subsequently run from 17 to 42 over the next 9 months? Your (current) view is vastly different than what the market perceived. Explain please. fpg
