Look to see which quote server to which you are currently connected?

For me, quote issues have worsened with manually connecting to Quote Server Ameritrade02streamer being the only resolution.

I have talked to several folks at TDA over the last month: one "manager" was adamant that TDA did not own QT and had no affiliation with QT, another yesterday ... was aware of QT but claimed all technical support was by old owners (Jerry Medved) via email to the QT website.

So it seems the first problem is finding TDA personnel that know what QT is; and that TDA owns it; and that TDA supports it; and HOW TO CONTACT THAT SUPPORT.

BTW, was your email to "ask Ted"?? if not then what was the send to address?

PS the gal yesterday was pushing their Trade Architect ... funny thing is that it will not accept my password, probably either a length or uppercase issue but of course it does not identify anything except invalid password.
