Regarding ORG/ATIS increasing the number of their shares. You should keep in mind that ORG has basically increased the number of shares by giving stock dividends, therefore not diluting their stockholders. ATIS has increased their shares by secondary offerings that significantly diluted the value of the shares held by the original investors. Who treated their shareholders better?
