The class action complaint can be downloaded for a 30-day beta test at peak.shyster.com. But this version does not have the critical salad shooter, Myst cheat or car rental functions operative, so please send me $80. The suit will be listed on the NYSE in the immediate future under the symbol "DOH" -- can't give you an exact date, but it is eminent.

In essence, the bases of the suit are 1) poor spelling by Peak executives, 2) fraudulent representations that there is an entity called the "Alberta Stock Exchange" (also called, interchangably, the "Toronto Stock Exchange" and "Kentucky Fried Chicken"), 3) functional inability of NetMagnet to actually point to magnetic north outside of Canada, and 4) suspected complicity with Microsoft to violate the anti-trust laws.

The suit demands a free trial version of NetMagnet to be downloaded by members of the plaintiff class, and renaming of NetMagnet to Microsoft WebSweeper.
