AAHS just filed their 10-Q.

Very significant is the statement that Global Broadcasting has shown evidence of the secured financing to get the deal done as of Nov. 11. The deal should close before Jan. 15, 1998. The company will have $37 million in cash and $47 million in net assets at that point. The company is still pursuing the Disney suit which should go trial in 1Q 1998.

Market value today: Approx. $22 million.
